North Carolina Department of Transportation awarded Zachry the I-40/I-77 Interchange project located west of State Road 2003 to State Road 2158 and I-77 from South of State Road 2321 to South of State Road 2171. The project focuses on the I-40 and I-77 interchange; US-21 Interchange (DDI); and Radio Road Bridget Crossing. Project limits are three miles along I-40 and one mile along I-77.
